Our Victor Valley offices is a friendly, motivating, energetic and refreshing environment.

We offer over 20 different workshops on a monthly basis and our Agent Leadership Counsel is also very active in facilitating training and sharing their areas of expertise.

Atmosphere - Perhaps the most singularly noticeable characteristic experienced by agents coming to us from other offices is the spirit of our atmosphere. Every person working here shares in the success of the office and delights in helping one another. Quite a contrast from the typical real estate office environment.

Investment Seminars - Broker Brad facilitates a monthly seminar at the Success Center.  He presents a powerful presentation on how to invest based upon the proven models of Gary Keller’s bestselling book, The Millionaire Real Estate Investor. Over the past six months, Brad has visited various states through his KW contacts, searching out properties that meet his criteria and he eagerly shares this information with market center associates and attendees of the workshops.  Brad is a natural teacher and leader who eagerly shares his knowledge and time.

A Level Playing Field - No one pays more than $25,000 from commissions earned in one year to KW.  We are truly a team and everyone working here operates their real estate business as a business.  Since everyone shares an interest in the success of the office, everyone is behind each other and the management and staff are dedicated to everyone.
