What was missing from the corporate
world for Cindy was the human connection. She eventually grew
tired of the constant focus and drive on “cash and earnings”..
Cindy’s husband Clark knew her well. He understood what a
genuinely helpful and capable “people person” she was and
suggested that she get licensed to practice real estate. The
rest is history.
In 2001, Cindy determined that
Shear Realty was her company of choice after interviewing
several brokers. She continues to have tremendous respect for
Carroll Yule and Bob Sher. They are people with integrity and
values. Cindy broke a company record at Shear for a new agent’s
production in the first full year in the business in 2002,
according to Bob Sher. She absolutely loved this new career!
What satisfaction she got from helping her buyers and sellers
meet their needs and fill their dreams, not to mention the
analytical part of the process in performing CMAs for sellers.
She was in heaven, she thought… Until she received a call
inviting her to talk with Brad Bodell about Keller Williams
Realty, a new franchise he was just awarded.
Cindy decided to leave Shear and
join Keller Williams in March 2004. Her plan was to take
advantage of the incredible training and eventually build a
team. However, her plans changed after a few months and she
made the decision to take on the Team Leader role in the Victor
Valley Market Center. With a top-notch staff, Cindy has
established a fun but professional learning filled environment,
which is ideal for motivated agents to thrive in. One of the
best environments for anyone to function well in is a home.
From the individual Realtor to Cindy and her staff, they are a
family. Their family is only missing one member … you.
She attributes the success of the
